01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 222vet website, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 222vet (the "Company"). If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 222vet platform.

222vet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Players are advised to review this document periodically to remain informed of any changes.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Age Restriction

The 222vet platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. 222vet takes its obligations in relation to underage gambling seriously and employs both automated and manual age verification procedures. The Company reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age — including a valid National Identity Document (NID) or passport — at any point during the account lifecycle.

If a player is found to be under the age of 18, their account will be immediately suspended and permanently closed. Any deposits made to the account will be returned to the original payment method; however, any winnings generated during the period of underage use shall be forfeited in full.

Geographic Eligibility

222vet is operated for players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law as it applies to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform complies with applicable local laws. 222vet does not provide legal advice, and nothing in these Terms & Conditions constitutes legal counsel.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid email address that you own and have access to.
• A valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.
• Your date of birth.
• A unique username and a strong password of your choosing.

Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) active 222vet account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 222vet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds held across those accounts.

03 Account Obligations

Player Responsibilities

As a registered player on the 222vet platform, you agree to:

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 222vet support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• Ensure that all payment methods used to deposit into your account are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Keep your registered contact details — including email address and mobile number — current and accurate at all times.
• Use the platform for personal entertainment only and not for any commercial or professional wagering operation.

Account Security

222vet employs SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect player accounts and transaction data. However, the security of your account credentials is your personal responsibility. 222vet will never contact you by email, SMS, or support chat to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from 222vet that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

222vet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point, and particularly prior to processing a withdrawal of ৳10,000 or above:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (NID card or passport).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or bank account in the player's registered name).

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within seven (7) calendar days of the request being made may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until compliance is achieved.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

222vet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the 222vet platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposit Terms

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to the player account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to be reflected in the player's account balance.
• 222vet does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.
• Only payment methods registered in the player's own legal name are accepted. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in refund and potential account review.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
• Verified accounts (KYC complete) may expect withdrawal processing within one (1) to four (4) hours for bKash and Nagad, and within one (1) business day for bank transfers.
• Withdrawal requests submitted on accounts where KYC verification is pending will be held until the verification process is completed.
• Players may only withdraw funds that represent their own deposited balance plus verified winnings. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• 222vet reserves the right to carry out additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

222vet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions (for events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh), and loyalty rewards. Each individual promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer at the point of claim. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by 222vet are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual offer terms. Unless otherwise specified, the following general rules apply:

• Wagering must be completed within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds not wagered within the applicable period will expire and be removed from the account automatically.
• Only wagers placed on games specified as eligible in the promotion terms contribute towards the wagering requirement. Certain game categories — particularly low-volatility table games and live dealer games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when a wager is placed, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• The maximum bet permitted while wagering a bonus is ৳2,000 per spin or per round, unless stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

Bonus Eligibility & Restrictions

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim bonuses multiple times using different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
• 222vet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including after it has been claimed, if there is evidence of bonus abuse, system exploitation, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Players who have requested self-exclusion are not eligible to receive or use bonuses during the exclusion period.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

Sportsbook Betting

All sports bets placed on the 222vet sportsbook — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and all other covered sports — are subject to the applicable sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. The following general rules apply to all sports wagers:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief confirmation delay to prevent exploitation of latency advantages. If odds change materially during this delay, the platform will notify the player and prompt reconfirmation.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport's specific rules (typically voided and stakes returned, unless a specific number of overs or periods have been completed — see sport-specific rules for detail).
• Minimum single bet stake: ৳50. Maximum single bet stake and maximum payout limits vary by market and are displayed in the bet slip.
• 222vet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error has occurred, as determined by the Company.

Casino Games

All casino games — including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slot titles from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, and NetEnt, and instant games such as Spribe Aviator — use certified random number generators (RNGs) independently verified for statistical fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel.

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. Players are advised to review these limits before commencing play. 222vet is not responsible for player losses arising from misunderstanding of game rules; all game rules are accessible within each game's help section.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round or bet placement, 222vet will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs and resolve the round fairly. Where a round cannot be reconstructed, the round will be voided and any stake returned to the player. Winnings generated during a technically malfunctioned round that cannot be independently verified may be withheld pending investigation. 222vet's decision in such matters is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms & Conditions.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 222vet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, game bugs, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or coordinated betting schemes designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activity or using the platform for any money laundering purpose.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level blocks.
• Sharing your account credentials with, or allowing any other person to access and play on, your account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 222vet staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Charging back or reversing a deposit payment after placing wagers with those funds.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 222vet account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt.

Suspension or Closure by 222vet

222vet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same player.
• Underage gambling — confirmed or strongly suspected.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder themselves.
• Requirement to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Disputed Decisions

If you wish to formally dispute a decision made by 222vet regarding your account — including a bet settlement, bonus decision, or account closure — you must submit your dispute in writing to [email protected] within thirty (30) calendar days of the decision being communicated to you. Please include all relevant details, including your username, the date of the decision, and the specific outcome you are disputing. 222vet will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days.
